We had a LT pull himself out of training by poor choices and poorer actions and he had to be replaced immediately. <br /><br />Situation/Mission dictates. My first Civil Affairs deployment came 3 weeks after arriving on station ( not 3 weeks after inprocessing and getting settled ). In fact, I left before fully inprocessing the Battalion. They needed a Spanish speaker and I had a 3/3.
