Technically, USARHAW higher command directed all subordinate commands in Hawaii to roll up, but it's taking a while for it to finally trickle down/subordinate commanders to stop bucking. All in all, though, I'd say about 75% of Schofield is sleeves up at the moment, if not more.

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Other. With the Velcro on the upper arm, it makes it nearly impossible to roll past the elbow. So rolling sleeves to the elbow is more or less useless. I also like having my pens in the holders. With the Woodland BDUs, you could roll the sleeves up to your mid-bicep, and I did that all during the warmer months.
