The 15,000 pts gives a person some time to figure out what is going on before they start the down voting. So, I learned that I can't vote him down if I want to, which I admit I did. I read here that I need 15k points because that's the rules, OK. But what about posters being in the top 1% of Overall Influence or top 1% of Knowledge Influence, would that not mean something?
