I said so, the police said so, his insurance said so (and in fact had already paid for the damage to my truck). Didn't stop the guy from suing me, though. In the long run, it was a pain in my butt, some lost work time, and god know s what my Insurance paid for an attorney, but I "won" as if anyone really did. SGT Richard H. I failed in getting a restraining order against the wench. My MPO was never enforced and she stalked our house and took pictures of our house on base. She lied to the magistrate and got away with it even after she was caught. It was San Diego county though. It doesn't matter how evil you are, if you are a female you automatically win there. Aparently San Diego county doesn't have to follow the rules and gets to gleefully f*ck over any man that comes through there. She claimed that he makes $6000 a month, and she is getting $2000 a month. We are living soley off his disability right now, and because of this c*nt f*cktard a$$clown we actually don't have any income because my unemployment ran out last week. So all she had to do was lie in court and now we are on the brink of homelessness, our credit is getting ruined, and if our new state doesn't approve our food stamps and medical like I think they may not we will be completely f*cked.

Moral of the story? Military b*tches are trouble. Don't even look them in the eye, they will steal everything from you. I hope that evil demon dies a horrible death.

Also I am engaged in a legal battle with Nissan because they didn't make their trucks like they said they did and someone got killed in my truck after it rolled, oh and that is why my b/f is totally disabled. My insurance is also being sued because they illegally denied my claim and didn't pay out for two years. They finally paid for the injuries, but my bank is now trying to reposes the truck (which literally doesn't exist anymore and they know it) because I didn't have a choice but to keep paying on it because the insurance still won't pay the damages.

Moral of that story? Insurance companies are scum. Why the f*ck did I buy insurance if I was only going to send me into crippling debt in the end? I was investigated for 7 months by CID - still a free man because they couldn't substantiate anything (because she lied). Army tried to Chapter me after 18+ years with no benefits because of it to keep 'good order and discipline' - even though I was cleared by CID. Beat the Chapter, now medically retiring. BLUL (Bottom Line Up Last) - the system is stacked in favor of the female spouse.
