Response by LCDR Rabbah Rona Matlow made Mar 29 at 2015 7:19 PM 2015-03-29T19:19:43-04:00 2015-03-29T19:19:43-04:00 Sgt Aaron Kennedy, MS 560389

Mine is because of "incomplete" records, which was a "failure to document" because I didn't go to medical for "headaches" (Migraines), because you don't win any favors running over to BAS everytime you have one. It's easier to ride it out to the end of the day, and sleep it off.

I've submitted buddy statements (including my wife who was active duty), current medical documents, including a doctor's statement ("likely as not service related"), as well as emergency room documentation from 1~ year after I got out.

The "Frustration" of dealing with the "system" is rough. The People have always been great. No complaint regarding the people. What's annoying is that I'm just trying to get a 0% so that it's covered (I'm on 2 pills/day + impact pills) in case it ever gets worse, as I've got it "under control" (90% of the time that is).
