How many have seen the changes at Humphreys?

Construction is massive, they are preparing the camp for moving 8th Army and 2ID into it. The cover photo is from one of the high rise family housing apartments. They are currently housing over 11000 people now, plans are for over 42000.

I loved the housing they built on unstable ground which caused the building to sink... I left March 2013....

One of the top assignments I ever had. The Hump was great and they are making it better. The downside to it growing was the long bus rides to get around the installation. Plus the buses got fuller with more units moving there.

I left there in 2011. I loved The hump. Wish I could go back. But this time I would take the family.

I left Humphreys in April 2015. A good 70% of the place was torn up, blocked off, and under construction. From the descriptions of what was to be, it sounds like it will be a nice place to be assigned, except for the huge numbers of people who will be assigned there too.
