Is this an accurate information? I just want to know how many days prior to report date can the movers schedule pickup. Thank you in advance for any information I can get. Regarding how soon, as soon as you get your PCS orders you can go to your installation transportation office and coordinate your household goods! I can't imagine why anyone would want to be without their household goods for more than 90 days though. Based upon the amount of time, it’ll be easier to plan because your storage time doesn’t start until after your HHG arrive to your next destination not when it’s picked. You can also get an additional 90 days as well but you’ll have to talk to transportation at the gaining location prior to the initial 90 days expiration date.
