Drink when "thirst response" hits. Somehow, the "drink X glasses of water a day" became common knowledge, without much real backing, and can actually be dangerous as it flushes the body of nutrients.Response by Sgt Aaron Kennedy, MS made Sep 16 at 2016 9:20 AM2016-09-16T09:20:25-04:002016-09-16T09:20:25-04:00Lt Col John (Jack) Christensen1897865<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Does wine count?Response by Lt Col John (Jack) Christensen made Sep 16 at 2016 9:35 AM2016-09-16T09:35:12-04:002016-09-16T09:35:12-04:00SSG Stephan Pendarvis1897906<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Not nearly enoughResponse by SSG Stephan Pendarvis made Sep 16 at 2016 9:46 AM2016-09-16T09:46:06-04:002016-09-16T09:46:06-04:00MSG Private RallyPoint Member1897917<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>enough to fill a small pool. but i use the same bottle. recycle.....got to protect the environmentResponse by MSG Private RallyPoint Member made Sep 16 at 2016 9:49 AM2016-09-16T09:49:21-04:002016-09-16T09:49:21-04:00PO1 Private RallyPoint Member1897983<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I drink a gallon a day, give or take. I use to eat a lot because I wouldn't understand if my body was hungry or thirsty. I've realized over the years that I was replacing water with food and I gained weight. Water helps replenish you after a good sweat and keeps your body working. I've also eaten less and lost weight because I've increase my water intake. I am currently going through withdrawals of smoking cigarettes and water has helped me a lot.Response by PO1 Private RallyPoint Member made Sep 16 at 2016 10:05 AM2016-09-16T10:05:54-04:002016-09-16T10:05:54-04:00SFC George Smith1897991<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I have a Whole House Kati-dine Filter and a "Pur" Pitcher filter and refill 12-15 1 liter bottles and 6 2 liter bottles every weekResponse by SFC George Smith made Sep 16 at 2016 10:07 AM2016-09-16T10:07:14-04:002016-09-16T10:07:14-04:00SCPO Private RallyPoint Member1898125<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>None.
