I read a lot. In addition to magazine articles, I read many technical articles in my professional field and my industry.

Not Many Actually. Thanks to my Shipmates here that share when they stumble upon one and they know my Background in the Naval Security Group (COMSEC/COMINT/SIGINT/ELINT).

I read a lot,mainly news articles from agencies overseas, and I have like a ton of magazines and books in my kindle app in my phone... I read about 20-30 news articles a day.

I read when i have the time. I get emails from different groups about IT and current security vulnerabilities. I will read the occasional bbc news because i think its one of the less biased. I read a few chapters of a book some historical some fiction even stories about leaders and their accomplishments.

A lot. I'm constantly reading, whether it is news articles, a book, or even listening to a book on tape.

I'd say I do at least 5-10 articles daily, and average 1-2 books a week on top of that.

A long time ago I developed a personal reading list, which had a real simple idea. Any time a book or author is mentioned by another living person, I put it on the list and try to read it. If they were willing to share that information with me, it probably has some value.

On articles, I like "controversy" or more specifically articles that make me think about complex issues. There's never just one side to a piece, therefore looking at both sides becomes a mental exercise.
