For that matter, do we know all the ISIS cells secretly active in our own borders? What about ISIS Lone Wolves? How long will it be before we rethink our current shift in policy towards Cuba? Or will we ever? I plead ignorance on this matter, but still have some concerns. What say you? This is the first I've ever heard of ISIS possibly operating in Cuba? Even if there were operatives in Cuba, I am not sure this would change our relations with Cuba unless we knew for a fact they were harboring ISIS terrorists, which they are not. I would also say that anyone claiming to be ISIS within the U.S. is likely a sympathizer and not a true ISIS operative. These are the individuals who would likely conduct lone wolf attacks however and are some of the most difficult individuals to track.
