Branch managers said they can not help me get orders and can not move me BCT to BCT. Which is fine but they DID say it doesnt mean i cant PCS. So I was wondering would my orders be based off my ASK? Or the good old needs of the Army ? How long would it take to come down after the waive process is complete? How long to come down on orders ?
