I know at the AMSA shop I used to work at we could knock it out in a 10hr day... the swap at least then half a day for checks and testing... But with all that said we have a combined 70yrs experience in that shop.. New Service Members just stick to the MAC chart and you will be good. Also have the TM handy and as you do it you will get faster and faster.
