The min weight for your height is approx. 130 lbs.Response by SSG Private RallyPoint Member made May 1 at 2018 10:51 AM2018-05-01T10:51:35-04:002018-05-01T10:51:35-04:00SGT Eric Davis3591334<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Call a recruiterResponse by SGT Eric Davis made May 1 at 2018 10:58 AM2018-05-01T10:58:49-04:002018-05-01T10:58:49-04:00SGT Patrick Reno3591386<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Jack I don't know what the policy is now but I was the same way when I went to basic. 6'2" and 145 lbs. They teamed me up with a heavy kid and at chow time I would get half his food and all of his desert. He lost weight but I didn't put much on, just changed most of what I had to muscle. Maybe if you went to the Air Force you could put on weight at basic.Response by SGT Patrick Reno made May 1 at 2018 11:30 AM2018-05-01T11:30:22-04:002018-05-01T11:30:22-04:00MAJ Private RallyPoint Member3591485<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>When I got to Parris Island I was 5'9" and weighed 130. I entered BCT at 110 pounds and left AIT at 150.
