How informed are you about VA disability data?

I am always on the hunt for VA related data. Data.gov and other resources are great references and once you look seriously to scrutinize such reports.

Here is one report I found interesting from 2006:

Some of what they send out makes sense and some while all the words are intelligible fail to come together in a meaningful way.

I don't have a problem with this stuff but my family are completely lost. It's like a foreign language to them.
