I am always on the hunt for VA related data. Data.gov and other resources are great references and once you look seriously to scrutinize such reports.

Here is one report I found interesting from 2006:

Some of what they send out makes sense and some while all the words are intelligible fail to come together in a meaningful way.

CPO Nate S. - the remark was about their reports. You can understand all the words but the way they write things makes it impossible to tell what they mean sometimes.
