How informative are the Levy Briefs at your duty stations?

I just pcs-ed from Fort Eustis. My levy brief there was very informative. They were patient and answered all questions.

Fort Meade and Fort Riley were both GREAT! the rest of my PCS moves have had UN-helpfull levy briefs.

Some have been destructive such as my second PCS from Korea and leaving NATO in Turkey.
