How important is brand management to your business?

For my wife's and my business, it is a reflection of our values. Adventure: pillared by live, laugh, love, inspire & serve. I could keep digging into the hierarchy of values but usually leave it at this. I will say, one of the values under Live, Inspire and Serve is Uncomfortable. You need to step out of your comfort zone if you ever want to grow.
