There are many different positions around with the different NATO HQs around Europe. Also Military Liaison Teams around Eastern Europe, you'd probably have to contact USAREUR HQ, G3 Ops. These assignments can also get you some of the experience which helps move a career along. With each of these, you have a greater chance of Joint and international experience.
