The POC email is [login to see] <div><br></div><div>When I went thru the application process the common factors among my classmates were:</div><div>1) previous overseas assignments/deployments (for example I have been to Kuwait/ Iraq, Angola, Pakistan - some of my classmates were also deployed to Japan, Taiwan, Mali, Israel)</div><div>2) foreign language (for example I speak Spanish at a 2+/2+ - some of my classmates spoke Russian, Hindi, Portuguese, French)</div><div><br></div><div>Although both of of those factors are waiverable, your packet will be more competitive if you have deployments and speak a foreign language. You do bring up a good point about being out of the MOS. There are many different positions around with the different NATO HQs around Europe. Also Military Liaison Teams around Eastern Europe, you'd probably have to contact USAREUR HQ, G3 Ops. These assignments can also get you some of the experience which helps move a career along.
