But what I have done I think that my muscles are above par. I haven't done any floor pulls or pullups/chinups due to the program I'm currently on. I'm only into the 3rd week but will be incorporating some dead lifts, barbell squats, barbell lundges, and one-leg deadlifts with kettlebells soon.
