How does your manager treat you? Does he treat you as your former military superiors treated you?

My manager did not treat me as my former superiors did. In O3C I was treated with respect and dignity.

I'm treated with dignity and respect. I have yet to been told to "shut up and color". As a leader myself it took an active process for me not to treat my civilian staff like my troops - that would have probably not gone over too well...

No. if they treated me like that I'd be looking for a new job. In all fairness I had some good leaders while in but regretfully the bad ones left a more lasting memory
