It is unfortunate that their Pres Castro had to pass on for the changes that appear to be coming out of Cuba. It also may just be a coincidence with his passing, but whatever. They need to open their borders so the relatives of their citizens can visit without reprisal. I do not believe that it did either countries any good for all the bad blood spilt. I am sure their ecomemy needs a lot of assistance much like the Germans did when they reunited. Their isolation had to be rough on their ecomemy.
