How does one become a "Member" of a RallyPoint group? I've tried the Follow button, but that appears to do nothing.

Follow up response. There is different Law Enforcement Catagories. I believe, Topic, Occupation, Organization, etc... Example, this is a different board:

Belay my last (Navy talk for never mind). Turns out, clicking the Follow button DOES make one a Member; it just took a while for me to show up into the Member listing.
