How does an administrative reclass work for a SFC in aviation?

I am facing a reclass out of my MOS. I have no clue how that works, other than what the regulation states. How long am I looking at? What sort of options do I have for reclass?

Assuming it's not for something negative such as a relief for cause NCOER, you will be given a mandatory Reclass. The Career Counselor will submit a list of MOSs that you qualify for and HRC will make the final determination. The turnaround time is pretty fast and you'll probably be attending AIT within 60 days of receiving a decision.

Nope. Just between PSG and Whiskey requirements, I did not meet all my 15W requirements.

My neighbor at fort ord was a cw2 reclass to a PBO. They gave him the necessary training and then an assignment as the PBO for the honor guard. Sure enlisted side works the same.
