Certainly not all of them have committed traffic violations. Just because they are in a "pack" doesn't give LE the authority to impede the progress of all of them. Does it? FKN BS! I had a cop do this one evening, swaying across all lanes holding traffic to about 30mph. I was miffed, until we rounded a curve to find a tractor trailer overturned.

Paul Harvey always provided to rest of the story. You should never put the public at risk needlessly. If you run into a pack of bikers wearing procams, they are probably looking to make themselves famous on YouTube by pulling a cool stunt, driving crazy, our luring an unsuspecting police officer into doing something nutty. If you have a traffic violation, address it with that particular offender. Otherwise, you are creating a safety hazard and impeding the flow of traffic. Cops should be part of the solution, not the problem! !
