The important part is to break down you skills and experience as they relate to the job being offered. Do not expect a civilian or even a vet like me, what wasnt in your MOS to have any idea what you have done. Start way back at your MOS school and list out every bit of knowledge you have acquired along with every practical application of skill that you have ever performed. Then think about what you have done as an Army SGT. Add in leadership skills, management tasks, etc. Feel free to go into detail about what you have really done. In general, you will stack up very well against civilians who do not have your real world experience.
Good luck Response by Cpl Joshua Caldwell made Dec 11 at 2016 8:42 AM 2016-12-11T08:42:51-05:00 2016-12-11T08:42:51-05:00 PO1 William "Chip" Nagel 2150377

Well if you are looking for lots of examples, Look at LinkedIn.
