Although this is a Sea Duty billet, most Sailors here feel as if they aren&#39;t making a difference, and their work here does not matter. As a result, quality of work and rate of work completion has gone down. These Sailors are great workers when they have their mind set to it, but they are stuck in a rut that most Engineers here hit, if not most Sailors at this base.
