Only reached Pa status in the last couple years. I hope to not reach Grand Pa status for at least a couple more decades.

I love being a grand pa. My grand children are the light of my life. While I don't get to see them as much as I want to, the time we do spend together is beyond a doubt the best quality I can give them.

I love it and the most fun is spoiling them and the sending them home. My granddaughter just turned 8 and the grandsons are 2 and 1.

I have had only 4 experiences that are greater than holding my grand child for the first time; marrying my wife of 46 years, and holding each of my sons for the first time. What makes grandkids even better is that if they get cranky or have a dirty diaper, you can pass them back to their parents. Unfortunately, 2 of our 3 are out of state and we don't get to see them too often.
