I take nothing away from Dr. King, but they should simply have ADDED his day, not combined those other two into the diluted 'President's Day'. Since from all accounts he was a humble man who was a believer in the atonement of our Lord and savior Jesus Christ I expect he would be saddened to learn that a day was named after him. Since it removed the days honoring which honored two Presidents of the United States of America, revered by him, Washington and Lincoln. In the strange mathematics of Federal Holidays some bureaucrat decided that we could not add a federal holiday to the ones already enshrined in law.<br />I will go through my daily prayers and devotionals and seek God's guidance just like I do every other day.
