They however are doing a great job LOOKING busy. Sometimes they even brag about how good of a job they did in the previous commands looking busy. They're also great 'social butterflies' and everyone seems to 'love' them, especially from different shops.

I have one like that. Though I had a word with him, I'm not over him and cannot discipline him like he should be. I have mentioned him to my LPO (NCOIC) who has done practically nothing either, and I'm really getting fed up with it. I don't want to stir things up quite yet and trying my best to keep it diplomatic. Help me out here, someone! How do you handle a 'dud'?2014-08-08T21:14:08-04:00PO1 Private RallyPoint Member197970

I'm not talking about a dead round here. And then my curiosity got the best of me. "So, really, how DO you handle a dud? What if it...just doesn't go OFF? Call EOD?!" I was feeling the panic as I couldn't remember what to do. And then...I realized what you were asking. And realized that learning to disable a non-functional IED is still a simpler than the answer to your question. Thanks, though.Response by SGT Private RallyPoint Member made Aug 8 at 2014 10:15 PM2014-08-08T22:15:52-04:002014-08-08T22:15:52-04:002014-08-08T21:14:08-04:00
