How do you get your "P" SQI added back after it was removed involuntarily? https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/how-do-you-get-your-p-sqi-added-back-after-it-was-removed-involuntarily <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>A few years ago I was injured during an Airborne operation. As a result of the injury and the lengthy rehab process, somebody somewhere had my SQI removed. I have since PCS&#39;d away from the 82nd, but I was just medically cleared to jump again. My S1 here has tried to add the SQI back, however, every time they do they get a message that it cannot be added by field users. Is there something being done wrong or is this handled at a higher echelon? There is a whole team at HRC that manages ASI and SQI. You can contact them, but the easiest way will he to contact your branch manager and have them do it for you. Branch managers always need junior level Airborne qualified personnel to fill spots SFC Private RallyPoint Member Mon, 01 Feb 2021 14:23:23 -0500 2021-02-01T14:23:23-05:00 Response by SGM Private RallyPoint Member made Feb 1 at 2021 2:24 PM https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/how-do-you-get-your-p-sqi-added-back-after-it-was-removed-involuntarily?n=6711554&urlhash=6711554 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Talk to your G1 and submit your medical records that show that you are now clear to jump SGM Private RallyPoint Member Mon, 01 Feb 2021 14:24:02 -0500 2021-02-01T14:24:02-05:00 Response by MAJ Javier Rivera made Feb 2 at 2021 1:40 PM https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/how-do-you-get-your-p-sqi-added-back-after-it-was-removed-involuntarily?n=6714492&urlhash=6714492 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Like <a class="dark-link bold-link" role="profile-hover" data-qtip-container="body" data-id="148812" data-source-page-controller="question_response_contents" href="/profiles/148812-79s-career-counselor-usaraf-hq-usaraf-setaf">SFC Private RallyPoint Member</a> mentioned, that&#39;s an easy task for your branch manager. I have to find a format for a 4187 and submit it through my S1 who should route it to the appropriate personnel in the Readiness Division. This is very difficult though because everyone I talk to has never had someone try to go back to jumping again. If anyone has the format or knows who I can talk to it would help out tremendously.
