How do you get an NCOER fixed when it was done incorrectly?

I recently transitioned into the active duty Army from the National Guard and when i got here i discovered that my ncoer from the guard was improperly completed and it had been rejected by the hrc.

The senior rater will have to remove the signatures and have the errors corrected. It's a petty that no one in the chain noticed these errors. Good luck in your future endeavors.

You will need to contact your Guard unit and send them the message from HRC, they actually should have also been notified. Then ensure that there are no changes to your rating once they complete and send to you for signature. Thank you for your service.

You will have to return it to your old unit with the HRC comments.
