SPC Higgins; Agree with CW5 Poulton.. Definitely HONORED.. I was E-4, radio communications, I have been endorsed by those who have more military experience, higher Education, and have out-ranked me several times over.. I feel Honored.. "Endorse" meaning.. Support, Backing, Approval, .. Recommendation !! just has to make someone's DAY.. You feel blessed.. Thanks to all..

A bit strange. Getting endorsed for leadership, etc. when the one doing it just sees a few posts and doesn't know me, just feels strange. On the flip side, I'm not into endorsement except for people I've known and followed their career in. Perhaps the endorsement thing means something different to me but hell, I'm not likely retrainable at this stage. I guess it's a matter of whatever winds your clock.
