How do you avoid drama clicks in the S shops?

To many he said she said shit. I’m not down for it. This always leads to cut throats and back stabbing. People being very fake.

For me, I avoid the drama clicks by avoiding the S shops at all costs unless I have to speak with them.

You really can't...if you're one of the S shop Section Sergeants, just try to contain it within your scope to the best of your ability. Unfortunately, it happens in civilians workplaces too.

1, Talk to your people both up and down 2. Remind them that they are there to support the Commander. 3. It AIN'T no Soap Opera!. 4. You won't play and damn sure don't want to here it. It doesn't always work but most of the time with superior backing it does. Spent about 1/3 of my thin in S and G Shops.
