For those of us in the 15 year window and not eligible for the new eligibility, time is not up--unless you are almost through the window--so its alright. See Matthew 20:1-16<br /><br />The other option would be to re-up and reset your entitlement to the life-time benefit. <br />1-800-Go-Guard!!!<br /><br />I was actually surprised this was backdated at all, most changes start the date of enactment with no retroactive application.
