Assuming I'd pass, could I find a CW4 position, do a position vacancy board, and get it a year early? What are the steps involved in doing this? How do Position Vacancy Boards work? 2020-01-23T14:37:55-05:00 CW3 Private RallyPoint Member 5475179

I will be looked at next year for pinning in 2022, if I make it. After that period, the unit will compile and submit all submitted packets to HRC in accordance with MILPER instructions.
From there, the process is the same as normal TPU officer promotions; HRC conducts the board, publishes the promotion list, and the units submits the 56R and UMR position match to receive promotion orders.
