Im PCSing soon and want to put him in for an early promotion. He hits his 18 month mark next week and would like to get this done for him. How do I set up the DA4187 to make this happen? How do I set up a DA4187 for a waiver to SPC? 2017-06-19T12:55:10-04:00 SSG Private RallyPoint Member 2662272

I have a deserving young troop who has been performing at an E5 position. Before darkening the S1 shop door, you need to see your PSG and 1SG and have them go over the mechanics of the waiver process with you.

This is one of those nice to have NCOPD classes.

Not managing the waivers correctly can jack up early promotions and result in units not getting waivers for months at a time while waiting for the excess Soldiers on waiver to reach non-waiver TIG/ TIS.
