If their diagnosis has changed and are no longer needing EFMP status, you need to talk with the EFMP coordinator. But your answer to this will be best answered by the coordinator. If you are removing the dependent all together and are no longer responsible for them. For example: divorced the dependent who may have a have the EFMP you need to see DEERS.
