How do I put (P) after my SGT.. and yes I am promotable not just wanting to do it.

SSgt Fair,
Promotable in the Army is similar to 'Select' in the Marine Corps.
For SPC/CPL and SGTs, once a Soldier attends a promotion board and is recommended for promotion, they are considered 'promotable'.
Also, for SSGs, SFCs and MSGs/1SGs selection for promotion to next higher rank by a centralized promotion board, they are now considered 'promotable' until they pin their new rank on (up to a year from selection date).
