I was told everyone's emails got changed to [login to see] .mil but when I try to log into outlook, it doesn't even register it as an existing email. I received countless step by step guides by my FFL and others on how to log in but each method does not work. I've used my personal computer and government computers to try to log in. If anyone has any advice on how I can get in or if i'm missing something that my leadership didn't tell me or i didn't pay attention to, please help me out. For the Reserves, we have ARNET Help Desk. Being Guard, there should be something similar.Response by MSG Private RallyPoint Member made Jan 7 at 2024 12:51 AM2024-01-07T00:51:17-05:002024-01-07T00:51:17-05:00COL Randall C.8616269

I also had MSG Private RallyPoint Member's reaction ... how have you only logged in once? But, having said that...

Short answer: You're trying to unlock the door on the wrong house (trying to log into the wrong system).

When the Army migrated away from Enterprise Email, they moved all CPLs and above to Army365 (Office 365 for the Army) and all SPC and below to Army Google Workspace (AGW). All new Soldiers are given an AGW until they need an Army365 account (determined by your unit commander).

You do not log into Outlook as you are not on Army365. All "usa.army.mil" addresses are AGW accounts.

While I'm 99% sure you are correct that you have a AGW account, but the first step is to verify that. Log into ATCTS (https://atcts.army.mil) and go to "My Profile" - you should see your email address listed - confirm it is [login to see] .mil or something like that (ending in usa.army.mil).

For the sake of example, I'm going to use [login to see] .mil .. adjust as necessary.

Assuming you have a usa.army.mil address, go to https://mail.google.com and log in with your full email address ( [login to see] .mil). Your login will be redirected to the Army Google Workspace login.

This is where it becomes a bit confusing - your login for THIS screen will either be your [login to see] or [login to see] .mil ... depending on what type of migration happened to your account (which is unknown since you pretty much haven't used it before). So, try both and see which one works (you will trigger a CAC login process for the valid one).

After the initial login and AGW completes the provisioning of your account, you should be able to log into it just like any Google Workspace account, which means ...
● Go to https://mail.google.com
● Login with company account ( [login to see] .mil for you)
● Redirect to company authorization (CAC login process for you)
--------------------------------------------------------------
Other resource help: Army Google Workspace Day 1 Guide - https://www.moore.army.mil/mcoe/ncoa/content/PDF/US%20Army%20Google%20Workspace%20Day%201%20Guide.pdf
