The phones for them might be online likely though I've genly found calling to ask directly of humans a more efficient way. Ask when you have the staff which staff ofc under that staff handles AGR then work ur way down till you reach the HR hum resrc component under adjutant genl staff that handles the AGR slots ur interested in.I'd think u most likely might nd to compete for them however that's my best guess as to how to do it as expeditiously and unambiguously as humanly possible honest. Hope it helps will lkly take u sevl iterations to find right odc get ofc symbol, phones, faxes, emails websites for them if alwd to have all that save copies of all submitted stuff of crs, be most eager as to whether that apprch actly works hope it all helped honest. Normally if you haven't been at a duty station for a few years HRC won't move you unless its to another critical short area. AR 135-18 covers AGRs but it does not really go into specifics about requesting a transfer. In my experience contacting your Branch Manager is the way to go unless you have an "in" at the unit you want to transfer too that can make a call on your behalf. But usually your current command would have to agree to let you go. If you are on your initial tour, HRC doesn't usually move people before completing 36 months time on station. If this is a subsequent tour you can submit a 4187 after 12 months, but requests for PCS are looked at more favorably closer to 36 months time on station. PCS dollars are tight right now. If you are not on an initial AGR tour, you could also look into an MOS reclas which could also move you sooner. Approval for that would depend on the strength of your current MOS. Your PMO could tell you if you are in a shortage/overage MOS and what MOSs are accepting people for reclas Response by SGM Private RallyPoint Member made May 2 at 2016 8:41 PM 2016-05-02T20:41:22-04:00 2016-05-02T20:41:22-04:00 2016-05-02T10:44:21-04:00
