When a new commander came in he targeted me an another guy giving us frivolous LOCs/LORs and gave me an incorrectly processed NJP. Right as I was about to PCS he made something up, falsified some docs and discharged me with a general discharge. I documented everything so I was able to go to the board and get it upgraded.<br /><br />I&#39;m not sure how you could get LOCs and LORs without your knowledge, especially enough to get you discharged. Not saying its not possible, but seems kinda strange.
