How do I go about correcting my records?

I have a lot of documents that do not have my legal signature, nor do I remember receiving them. The only documents I legally signed were for my enlistment paperwork.

I read your comments to the SSG and might be able to help. When a new commander came in he targeted me an another guy giving us frivolous LOCs/LORs and gave me an incorrectly processed NJP. Right as I was about to PCS he made something up, falsified some docs and discharged me with a general discharge. I documented everything so I was able to go to the board and get it upgraded.

I'm not sure how you could get LOCs and LORs without your knowledge, especially enough to get you discharged. Not saying its not possible, but seems kinda strange. If you still need help or advice, feel free to ask me anything you need and ill help as much as I can
