I completed my SSD3 back when I was a SPC, but with the new system it isn't populating on my ERB. It shows as complete on ATTRS/ACT and won't let me re-register. Is there a way to get my ERB to reflect that I have in fact completed SSD3?

It should auto populate. Have you not completed ALC? It seems to be aligned with your current PME, for example I have completed SSD IV and it only shows III on my ERB.

CW2 (Join to see) - I checked your profile it shows you recently completed it. It takes some time to populate over especially now with the STEP guidelines.

There was a time when one could register for SSD courses through ALMS without any rank requirements. I know of several SPCs who completed SSD4 before Big Army took control of SSD assignment.

Yeah, like SSG(P) (Join to see) said there was a point where you could just register and go, I completed mine while working on maxing out all of my correspondence hours because I figured why not. When they rolled out the new system they took my SSD4 completion away from me but let me keep SSD3 in the system for whatever reason.

MSG (Join to see) - I did and tried to register for SSD 3. I got registered, but immediately after that, Big Army took control of the SSD program. I saw the course registration, but I could not access the course. Once I completed ALC, I was granted access to the new courseware for SSD 3.

Army HRC controls that portion of the ERB. No S-1 at any level (short of HRC) can add your NCOES level onto your ERB. Perhaps if you checked the Army HRC website, you could find a contact E-Mail address and pursue it from there. You would need to provide proof, like maybe a screen-shot of your ALMS or ATRRS record. Good Luck!
