How do I file a complaint regarding an biased administrator who shadow bans posts by removing relevant tags?

Why would an admin remove tags that are relevant to the shared link? It minimizes it's exposure, i.e., shadow banning/censorship. The admin has done it several times and I've received private messages regarding the same admin.

Admins only remove tags that do not pertain to a specific post or article. This allows us to better manage the community and guide questions or posts in the right direction. Posting questions or articles and using tags that are "popular" but don't necessarily pertain to the subject will be removed or "re-tagged".

Tags a vital part to keeping RP organized. There are some hot button tags that are monitored closer than others such as the "coronavirus" tag. While something you are talking about may have to do with that topic we have already stated numerous times that we want that tag to be used for information that can help someone get support during this time. And yet again, I'll remind people this is not censorship. This is organization. You are still allowed to say or do what you want here as long as you follow the terms and conditions you agreed to when signing up for a profile. Every forum runs like this.

I for one would like to see a little tighter monitoring on the political tags.
A certain member just can't get enough of posting anti-Trump ads. Fair enough. There will be ample ads flying around this season. But when he posts an actual Biden ad (not one from a PAC or those bogus Lincoln Project people who claim to be Republicans but only support Democratic candidates) he tags "Republicans".
Funny. Here and I thought that it was about whatever general things Biden would do, and as such one would tag "Democrats" or some such.
As a result, I can only conclude that this member only has a sole purpose of eliciting reactions from the dwindling number of people who haven't chosen to block him for the purpose of stirring the pot and scoring internet points.
The site would do well to shun such as these.
