Seems nearly every time someone changes it. Yet theses same people write subject titles w/o being in a form of a question. What’s up with that? Are they just being arrogant, ignorant, or online bullies? Example: Joe blow wrote on subject “ POTUS goes to Europe”... and in body asks question. If you have a question as to why it was done, you are welcome to ask that admin.

If your "question" is converted to a shared link because that is what it was, vice how posted, the title is automatically created from verbiage in the link ...this is done by the system, not an admin. We have no control in that "change"

If we edit a question title for spelling or clarity, again you receive an email and the admins name..ask them why if your not sure the reason.... Typos are corrected most times with a pre check with user, but most times, before we "clarify" a title verbiage we often contact the member to see if we understand what is being asked...unless its obvious..
If we guessed wrong by all means, contact the admin that changed it and help us understand what the question really is.
We never edit a title because we dont like your question, dont personally approve of it...If it violates the terms of service we might hide it all together, but not edit it.
Editing a title verbiage is done solely with trying to assist the user in getting the best, most, and highest quality responses from those that may have the answer being sought. If we ever miss that mark, please, help us get it right...that was all we wanted in the first place.

Do you have a specific post you made that is a issue? If so, provide a link and I'll have a look. The question should be in the title, not buried within the narrative. It's really fairly simple. Even when you start typing in the title, the RP site already includes the question mark for you. It is part of the price one must pay for participation in someone elses website.. There are some rules and requirements that should be followed so the question could be posted. For example, if I work on my college paper, I should send the requirements to my writer and he writes the perfect paper that covers the guidelines. You can check this website https://essayontime.com.au/assignment-writing-services and ask for consultation about the formulation of your question.
