I&#39;ve tried getting this added for months now . Is there any 42A out there who know the real answer here ? And maybe a different route I can go to get it added? I&#39;m trying to direct commission and having it on my ERB is a requirement. Thank you in advance How do I add a Masters degree to my ERB? 2016-09-01T01:36:39-04:00 SGT Private RallyPoint Member 1853911 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>My &quot; S1 &quot; , I put it in quotes because I work in a small clinic in Germany and there is only one civilian who is our S1, keeps telling me only my branch manager can add my masters degree to my ERB. I gather you&#39;re in a clinical field of some type, if you could elaborate, I might be able to offer some thoughts. I realize you !might want army. Being as I gather that&#39;s where you are now, however, I&#39;d also very seriously consider the USPJS commissioned corps, they do direct commission, and can afford you considerably greater flexibility as to assignments, incl sometimes to the svcs, incl USCG and also NOAA commissioned corps, since they provide all the clinical stuff for both of those svcs, just a thought. I&#39;d be most eager to hear more, certainly. As for adding the Masters, I&#39;d certainly think that, if there&#39;s an educ ofc near your installation, you might try there, to see if there might benine of their staff who could submit it for you for inclusion in your file, I should certainly think, just a thought, when I&#39;d been USAF, where I was had an educ ofc, I&#39;d expect army might have something similar. Either that, or possibly submit it to the 1st Sgt or your CSM with a request that your unit CO possibly seek to fwd it for inclusion to army directly, just some other thoughts, hope was of use, many thanks, I&#39;d be most eager to hear more and your thoughts about my notions, if I can find anything else relevant, I&#39;ll also try to send it here as well, by all means. DA requires you to submit your transcripts to get your degrees added to ERBs and ORBs. It is a pain, but I had to do the exact same thing every time I got a new degree. The good thing is that once your school forwards the transcript it is a done deal. My recommendation is to get a good address for your Branch POC, request the transcript online to be sent to the address requested and tell your Branch folks that it is coming. GL!
