Or go to HRC - Self Service - My Record Portal and they should all be there as well if you can&#39;t get into IPERMS. They&#39;re in your OMPF. EES is where your NCOER support form is created and where you will create the NCOERs of the Soldiers you will rate, also where you will sign your own NCOER when it&#39;s time. Once you sign the NCOER and submit it and it gets sent to HRC it is no longer an active NCOER so you can&#39;t view it Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Apr 6 at 2021 7:47 PM 2021-04-06T19:47:14-04:00 2021-04-06T19:47:14-04:00 CPT Private RallyPoint Member 6883181 <div class="images-v2-count-1"><div class="content-picture image-v2-number-1" id="image-582414"> <div class="social_icons social-buttons-on-image"> <a href='https://www.facebook.com/sharer/sharer.php?u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.rallypoint.com%2Fanswers%2Fhow-do-i-access-my-past-ncoers%3Futm_source%3DFacebook%26utm_medium%3Dorganic%26utm_campaign%3DShare%20to%20facebook' target="_blank" class='social-share-button facebook-share-button'><i class="fa fa-facebook-f"></i></a> <a href="https://twitter.com/intent/tweet?text=How+do+I+access+my+past+NCOERs%3F&amp;url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.rallypoint.com%2Fanswers%2Fhow-do-i-access-my-past-ncoers&amp;via=RallyPoint" target="_blank" class="social-share-button twitter-custom-share-button"><i class="fa fa-twitter"></i></a> <a href="mailto:?subject=Check this out on RallyPoint!&body=Hi, I thought you would find this interesting:%0D%0AHow do I access my past NCOERs?%0D%0A %0D%0AHere is the link: https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/how-do-i-access-my-past-ncoers" target="_blank" class="social-share-button email-share-button"><i class="fa fa-envelope"></i></a> </div> <a class="fancybox" rel="37cf8a8da47b61fe98759cc6487dd548" href="https://d1ndsj6b8hkqu9.cloudfront.net/pictures/images/000/582/414/for_gallery_v2/becf302a.jpg"><img src="https://d1ndsj6b8hkqu9.cloudfront.net/pictures/images/000/582/414/large_v3/becf302a.jpg" alt="Becf302a" /></a></div></div>You shouldn&#39;t be embarrassed at all. The beauty of RallyPoint is that you can find out answers. I was enlisted and really never had a mentor either. I have had some recently but RallyPoint has been the place that I have used over time. I have used Rallypoint as my mentor and have even built some good professional relationships here. <br /><br />If you log into your Iperms you should see the evaluations sub category under your Performance. This will display your evaluations that are for record. If you have one pending or that was just signed it will not be in your Iperms but it will be in your EES. After it is reviewed by HRC it will be transferred to your permanent file. That way you always have the paperwork readily on hand and do not need to search for stuff.
