Are you still on active duty? If so, it is best to go to the local medical department to ask for information from you record. As the record belongs to the Navy, the entire record will not be released to you. If you are no longer on active duty, your records were closed out and forwarded to a national records depository when you got out. No records remain at Great Lakes for you.
