How could I get the process started to reclass to 11B, Infantry? What are my odds of getting approved to reclass?

I am currently a 92Y in the 82nd CAB over at Fort Bragg. I want to reclass to 11B. How could I get the process started, and what are my odds of getting approved to reclass?

First, check the In/Out calls for your MOS and 11B, and make sure its possible.

Right now, Infantry is overstrength. So I wouldn't hold my breath.
